Update your name and see how your account signs in.

Your profile holds the basics Contrata shows about you, plus how you sign in — most of it lives on Settings → Account Settings.

Update your details
- Go to Settings → Account Settings.
- Under Profile Information, edit First Name and Last Name.
- Select the save button once you're happy with them.
NoteYour email address is shown but can't be edited here — it's the one your organisation uses to sign you in.
Check how you're signed in
Underneath your name, a badge shows how you access Contrata — for example Signed in via Single Sign-On, marked Connected. This reflects the Google or Microsoft account your organisation manages; see Signing in for how that works day to day.
TipIf your name looks wrong here, it may be pulling from your organisation's directory rather than something you can fix directly — check with your workspace administrator.
Common questions
Can I add a second sign-in method?
Not from this page — your organisation controls which providers are available. Speak to your workspace administrator if you need another option.
