Set your timezone and date format so times shown across Contrata match your own.

Contrata shows times and dates using the timezone and format you choose — handy if your team spans more than one region, and useful for reading things like a knowledge source's last-synced time or a job's timestamps correctly.

Set your preferences
- Go to Settings → App Settings.
- Under Localisation, choose your Timezone from the list.
- Choose your preferred Date Format.
- Select Save Preferences.
NoteThese settings personalise what you see — they don't change the timezone a workflow actually runs in.
Once saved, the button reads Saved until you change something again.
Common questions
Does this affect other people in my workspace?
No. Localisation is personal — each person sets their own timezone and date format independently.
What if my timezone isn't listed?
Pick the closest match for now, or contact support if you need one added.
